A hygrometer or humidity meter is an instrument used for measuring the moisture content in the atmosphere. The components of these measurements include temperature, pressure, mass, or the charge present in a substance as moisture is absorbed. Modern electronic devices use the condensation temperature or electrical resistance changes to measure humidity differences.
