For target spot and bottom samples of mineral oil products, insulating oils, special and test gasoline, petroleum, heating oils, etc. The immersion cylinders are lowered into the tank for taking the sample using the manually operated reel. A valve is opened at the target spot using a separate traction cable to draw the sample into the nickel-plated brass immersion cylinder. Without lowering cable. Capacity 1000 ml, Ø 75 mm.
- Nickel-plated brass immersion cylinder
- Heavy, sturdy design
Immersion cylinder for sampling crude oil, liquid mineral oil products, fuels, special and test fuels, fuel oils, petroleum, and liquid lubricants in explosion categories IIA, IIB, and IIC.
Point sampling: Two lowering cables are required for this (bearer cable and hauling cable). Lower the immersion cylinder to the required depth. When the target has been reached, pull on the hauling cable, the valve opens. The sample flows into the bottle. Release the hauling cable. The valve closes. Pull the cylinder back on the bearer cable. Empty the cylinder via the valve at the bottom.
Bottom sampling: Lower the immersion cylinder on the cable to the ground. The valve opens automatically because of the immersion cylinder's own weight. The sample flows into the cylinder. Pull the cylinder back on the cable, the valve closes independently. Empty the cylinder via the valve at the bottom.
Certifications: Tested for use in the Ex protection zone 0.
Informations de commande: Please order the appropriate lowering cable at the same time.
