Installation
VWR will provide an installation service upon request. Our technicians will ensure that your equipment is set up, powered on, and functioning in working condition. With this service, we provide added piece of mind for our customers.
Calibration & Tuning:
Calibrate and adjust the chamber using NIST traceable standards and ensure temperature stability. Calibration certificate provided.
IQ/OQ/PQ
Our qualification services will help you stay in compliance with FDA, GMP/GLP, US Pharmacopoeia, and ISO standards. Our IQ/OQ/PQ offers the following:
- Installation Qualification: This will verify design, specifications, and system SOPs. IQ also verifies and documents environmental conditions, adequate space requirements, configuration, proper installation, spare parts lists/manuals, as well as SOPs provided by the customer.
- Operation Qualification: The next step will test UI controls and functions, control panel, and other applicable monitors. We will then perform an empty unit temperature mapping for multiple hours to document the recovery time of the unit. Upon completion of temperature mapping, an open door and power loss temperature profile test will take place.
- Performance Qualification: We re-perform temperature mapping at various points over multiple cycles with a loaded oven.
Preventive Maintenance
VWR offers a customized preventive maintenance programs based on the specifications of your unit. Preventive maintenance helps to stop problems before they occur by preventing equipment failures and downtime. This service can maximize the life and performance of your equipment and instruments, while also helping the unit stay compliant by regulatory standards.
